I had issues with Windows 10 Install

Frightful Friday

purchase and installation of pro office for mac
i had the subscripton trial and at the end of the trial period, i decided to purchase a lifetime product rather than a subscrition item. i didnt know how to remove and instal, so i contacted chat and Ray Bryan was very patient and helpful. He removed the old program and installed the one i had purchased.
